Booked at very short notice and without any complications. Helpful and accommodating service. The accommodation is very good and, above all, very clean. I can only recommend it.

Positive: sehr zentral, nur 4 min zu Fuß zum Strand unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre war praktisch eigene Küche in der Einheit mit allem, was man braucht Sauberkeit im Schlafzimmer und Bad war gut Negative: Geruch war sehr alt und modrig, weil die Einrichtung sehr alt und gebraucht war Küche war eher nicht so sauber, es haben sich alle Utensilien fettig angefühlt und wir haben nicht einmal einen frischen Schwamm bekommen Terrasse ist leider nur am Morgen in der Sonne und abends ist es etwas kühl gewesen in der Wohnung - die Heizung hat aber gut ausgeholfen wenn man viel unterwegs und nicht viel in der Unterkunft ist, kann man die Wohnung schon buchen, preislich wahrscheinlich für die Gegend relativ erschwinglich

Perfect place for our 2 night stay. Positive: Great place, perfect position Negative: Nothing

Great location but this unit ending up costing us more than the headline fee and was not worth nearly $1,000 for 3 night Positive: Its location to the beach of Little Kaiteriteri was excellent. Good communication with the property manager. The bed was comfortable. Negative: The sofas were grubby. You hit your head on the television when you sat down at the table. There was noise from the above apartment which I only found in a warning link after we stayed there. The freezer compartment in the fridge was broken. The cost of the apartment ended up being $958, I’m sure this was more than originally advertised, and certainly more than it was worth.
